Simple Chocolate Walnut Freezer Fudge Bites will take care of your chocolate cravings in a hurry!
These cute little Chocolate Walnut Freezer Fudge Bites are oh là là so chocolatey! A little bit of this chocolate goodness goes a long way in satisfying that chocolate craving when it strikes.
If you’re anything like me, once in a while you just crave something sweet and CHOCOLATE. Actually, it doesn’t take that much for me to be satisfied. That’s why this freezer fudge, made in small portions, is the perfect go-to, grab out of the freezer treat.
They are so rich and creamy.
These are the perfect treat to keep in the freezer in a tightly sealed container. Like this, they should keep for a long time, unless of course, you’re a regular freezer raider!
Just A Few Ingredients
The ingredients in this freezer fudge are simple and few. Only 4 ingredients to make these little cuties!
I made mine in very small silicon molds, like the size of the very small cupcake paper liners you can buy. I’m sure you could use bigger ones if you prefer. But beware these are very satisfying even in a small bite size so a big one might be over the top!
One thing you really have to make sure of is to have a sturdy napkin close by because these babies can get messy real fast but they’re worth it. In case you don’t have a napkin handy, finger licking IS permitted!
- 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips, melted
- 1 Tbsp unrefined coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
- chopped walnuts for the top
Place a metal bowl over a pot of hot, almost boiling water - DO NOT LET THE WATER TOUCH THE BOTTOM OF THE BOWL
Put the chocolate chips and the coconut oil to melt together in the bowl, stirring until melted
Stir in the 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
Pour the mixture into tiny silicon muffin molds and top with chopped walnuts - press them in lightly so they don't just roll off
Place in the refrigerator or freezer for at least an hour to firm up
Store in the refrigerator or freezer in an airtight container. If layering, add a piece of parchment paper between layers
*NOTE* - These need to be eaten immediately after removing from the fridge or freezer. They can't be left out or they'll become too soft. ALSO - keep a napkin handy.

**The reason this freezer fudge is either vegan OR vegetarian is because of the chocolate chips you choose to make it with.**
I hope you enjoy these as much as I do! 😉
Take care friends
